**FotoJoy User Agreement**

Thank you for choosing to use the FotoJoy application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before you begin using the App, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the App, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

**Acceptance of Terms:**

- **1.1** You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed in this User Agreement.

- **1.2** If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, please do not use the App.

**License to Use:**

- **2.1** The ownership and intellectual property rights of the FotoJoy application belong to the developers.

- **2.2** You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- **2.3** You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

**AI Generated Image Functionality:**

- **3.1** The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate images. However, we do not take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of the generated image content.

- **3.2** You understand and agree that due to the limitations of artificial intelligence technology, the generated images may not meet your expectations or preferences.

**Privacy Policy:**

- **4.1** You agree to accept our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and share your personal information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this User Agreement.

- **4.2** We respect the privacy rights of users and are committed to protecting the security of user information.

**Prohibited Conduct:**

- **5.1** You shall not engage in any illegal, infringing, or abusive behavior when using the App, including but not limited to, posting offensive content, violating the rights of others, or engaging in activities that could harm the App's infrastructure.

- **5.2** You shall not use the App for any unauthorized advertising, promotion, or dissemination of spam messages.

**Limitation of Liability:**

- **6.1** To the extent permitted by law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

- **6.2** The developers shall not be liable for any losses incurred by your use of the App, including, without limitation, loss of data, interruption of business, or other pecuniary loss.

**Termination of License:**

- **7.1** In the event of any breach of this User Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time, with or without notice.

- **7.2** Upon termination of the license, you shall immediately cease using the App and delete your account and related data.

**Other Terms:**

- **8.1** The terms and conditions of this User Agreement may be amended at any time. You should check regularly for the latest information.

- **8.2** Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised User Agreement.

**Disclaimer:**

The videos and images generated by the app are either created by AI or uploaded by users. If there is any infringement, please contact us through the contact information provided at the end of the document, and we will promptly address the issue.

**Subscription:**

- Access to certain features or content within the App may require a subscription ("Subscription").

- User agrees to pay all fees associated with the Subscription in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by the Company.

**Automatic Renewal:**

- Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless the User cancels the Subscription before the end of the current subscription period.

- User acknowledges and agrees that the subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless canceled.

**Cancellation:**

- User may cancel the Subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures specified within the App or by contacting Customer Support.

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and the User will continue to have access to the Subscription features until the end of the current subscription period.
